Delivery

Delivery of any Christmas tree, big or small, is a very specialist job and requires careful handling and delivery expertise. 

1. Simply place your order online through our website.
2. Select a suitable preferred delivery date.
3. We will then freshly cut, net and dispatch your Bramham Christmas Tree for delivery. Please note, whilst we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery your tree WILL arrive on your selected date – that’s a Christmas Promise!
4. If you've chosen to have your tree delivered, our Elves will deliver it to your door (front of building only).
5. Then it’s over to you to put up your tree, decorate and enjoy the festive beauty and aroma of your freshly cut Bramham Christmas Tree! Please send us any photos as we love to see!

Delivery Areas & Prices

Collection

This year we are extremely excited to offer collection from Bramham Pavilion, LS23 6RR on; 25th November, 2nd December, 9th December between the hours of 1pm and 3pm. Come along and enjoy a tempting treat and hot drink, with the added bonus of a colouring table for the kids. We hope to see you there! **Please note - whilst walk-ins are welcome for the nibbles and colouring, please pre order if you would like to collect a tree!**

Recycling

Unfortunately we are not offering Christmas Tree recycling this year due to a lack of elves. We can however point you in the right direction for this so please message us on Facebook!

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will you install our Christmas Tree when you deliver it?

All prices are for kerb-side delivery only. 

2. Can you guarantee delivery of my Christmas Tree on our Chosen date?

Yes, we can guarantee delivery on your chosen date but we cannot stipulate the exact time. If there is likely to be a problem with us delivering your Christmas Tree to you on your chosen date we will contact you in order to notify you of any issue.

3. What happens if we are not in when the delivery is going to be made?

Our Elves will call you to ask where you want your Christmas Tree to be left in a safe place e.g side of house or on your drive. Should they not be able to contact you, you will have to come to our Nursery to collect in person.

4. How are other accessories delivered?

Stands are delivered with your Christmas Tree.

Returns

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for Bramham Christmas Trees, unless damaged, as they are perishable items and are cut to order. If a Christmas Tree is damaged during delivery, we will endeavour to replace the Christmas Tree free of charge at the earliest opportunity.

The cancellation right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to plants.
